Darshan Orna closes securities trading window ahead of financial results announcement Back

<p>Darshan Orna Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared.</p>
