<p>Pricol Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Thursday, 1st October 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
