Dishman Carbogen Amcis has allotted 5,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 50 crore on private placement basis on 20 January 2026.
