<p>Lyka Labs Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that trading in the company's securities will be closed for "Designated Persons" and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
