TCI Express Limited appoints Ranjana Agarwal as Non-Executive Independent Director Back

<p>TCI Express Limited said its board approved the appointment of Ms. Ranjana Agarwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective November 5, 2026, for a term of five consecutive years subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. The postal ballot notice will be filed with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and dispatched to shareholders, and Ms. Agarwal’s appointment is based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.</p>
