Sai Life Sciences allotted shares under two employee stock option plans, increasing equity capital Back

<p>Sai Life Sciences Limited announced the allotment of 14,600 shares under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2008 and 66,000 shares under the Management Employee Stock Option Plan 2018, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 21,23,13,617 to Rs 21,23,94,216. The exercise price was Rs 188.90 per share for the ESOP 2008 allotment and Rs 23.30 per share for the MESOP 2018 allotment, with a premium of Rs 187.90 and Rs 22.30 respectively.</p>
