Maruti Infrastructure closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results Back

<p>Maruti Infrastructure Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
