Marathon Nextgen Realty’s subsidiary initiates Rs 450 crore redevelopment project in Mumbai Back

Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited announced that its subsidiary, Sunset Spaces Private Limited, entered into a Joint Development Agreement for a cluster redevelopment project in Sewri, Mumbai, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 450 crore for MNRL. The project, situated on a 7,500 square metre land parcel, will comprise a high-rise residential tower with high-street retail spaces and marks the company’s entry into a strategically connected South Mumbai micro-market.
