PSP Projects closes securities trading window ahead of financial results declaration Back

<p>PSP Projects Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
