<p>Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited announced that its Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 12,08,163 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under the Ujjivan Small Finance Bank -Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, increasing the bank’s paid-up capital from Rs 19,52,96,49,200 to Rs 19,54,17,30,830.</p>
