Airan Limited shareholders approved director appointments and auditor remuneration at AGM Back

<p>Airan Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of Mrs. Indu Shaktibhusan Shukla as a Non-executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Mrugesh Arvindbhai Suthar as a Non-executive Independent Director, both effective September 1, 2026. The company also appointed M/S Supal Shah & Associates as its statutory auditor and approved their remuneration at its Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026.</p>
