Patanjali Foods Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to take on record the limited review report issued by the company’s statutory auditors, as well as to declare a 3rd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and a 1st Interim Dividend for the financial year 2026-27.
