Trading & Agencies Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for directors, promoters, designated employees, connected persons, and immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, in connection with the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared to the stock exchange.</p>
