<p>Trejhara Solutions Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for promoters, promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and the company will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
