Gautam Exim Limited alters director designations and appoints new auditors Back

Gautam Exim Limited informed the BSE that it has changed the designation of Mr. Parmeshwar Ojha from Whole-time Director (Executive Director) to Non-Executive Director, effective August 12, 2026. The company also announced the resignation of Company Secretary Vishad Jaiswal and the appointments of SASA & Associates as Statutory Auditors and Gajendra Singh Solanki & Associates as Internal Auditors, both to fill casual vacancies.
