Safari Industries allots 1,648 equity shares under ESOP Back
Safari Industries (India) has allotted 1,648 equity shares under Safari Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2022. <p> Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 9,79,84,558/- to Rs. 9,79,87,854/-.
