7NR Retail Limited acquires Cultureantique Jewellery Private Limited via a share swap for Rs 90 cror Back

<p>7NR Retail Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 90,00,000 equity shares on a preferential basis to non-promoters for consideration other than cash, via a share swap, to acquire 90,00,000 equity shares of Cultureantique Jewellery Private Limited (“CJPL”) for Rs 90 crore. As a result of the acquisition, CJPL has become a subsidiary of 7NR Retail Limited, with the company holding 100% of its equity share capital.</p>
