Sangitaben Niteshbhai Vaghasiya as Chairperson-cum-Managing Director for three years, commencing January 2, 2027, with a revised remuneration of up to Rs 18,00,000 per annum, and Shri Ramnik Parshottambhai Vaghasiya as Whole-Time Director for another three years, starting January 2, 2027, at a remuneration of up to Rs 12,00,000 per annum, both subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also disclosed material related party transactions with Ultracab (India) Limited and Jigar Polymers Limited, scheduled the 10th AGM for September 26, 2026, and released its Director’s Report for the financial year 2025-26. |
