Reliable Data Services Limited will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the directors’ report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider the applicability of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) provisions, the constitution of a CSR policy and committee, and recommend a dividend payment, among other matters.
