SBFC Finance has allotted 95,60,386 equity shares under ESOS on 18 February 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,10,64,14,229 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 11,06,41,42,290/-.
