| Inflame Appliances Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Naveen Kumar as Whole Time Director for one year, effective September 29, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed Amit Kaushik as Managing Director, effective immediately and subject to shareholder approval; he was previously serving as CEO and was appointed as an Additional Director in April 2026.
