<p>E2E Networks Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved and granted 5,45,000 stock options to eligible employees under the E2E Networks Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2021, which will result in the issuance of 5,45,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each.</p>
