<p>Megastar Foods Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, become generally available, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.</p>
