Rossari Biotech board approves incorporation of subsidiary in Singapore Back
The board of Rossari Biotech at its meeting held on 18 December 2025 has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Republic of Singapore with an initial investment of up to USD 10 million in tranches.
