Affle 3i shareholders approved Articles of Association changes at their September meeting Back

<p>Affle 3i Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that its shareholders approved alterations to the company’s Articles of Association at its Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026, which took effect immediately. The alterations include the insertion of words “or such lesser number of days as may be prescribed” into Article 16(a) and the deletion of Article 59(c) relating to video conferencing for board and audit committee meetings.</p>
