Marg Techno Projects Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 63,900,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 2.07 per share, completing a rights issue for an aggregate amount of Rs 6390.00 lakhs, as detailed in the Letter of Offer dated June 16, 2026, and in consultation with BSE Limited. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 14,20,00,000 to Rs 78,10,00,000.
