| Organic Recycling Systems Ltd announced that its Bonus Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 51,99,630 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Rs. 10 each in the ratio of one new share for every two existing shares, to eligible shareholders as on August 20, 2026, following approvals on July 6, 2026, and August 5, 2026. The company’s paid-up equity share capital will increase to Rs 15,59,89,050 from Rs 10,39,92,750 following the allotment, and the bonus shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. |
