<p>Shree Refrigerations Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, “Aquilon Deep Chill Limited,” in Karad, Satara, Maharashtra, India, with an initial paid-up share capital of Rs 5,00,00,000. The new subsidiary will focus on designing, manufacturing, assembling, supplying, installing, commissioning, servicing, repairing, importing, exporting and dealing in chillers, heat pumps, refrigeration, cooling, heating and HVAC systems.</p>
