<p>DC Infotech & Communication Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect and from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.</p>
