Ltd., also before the NCLT Hyderabad, where CIRP has not been initiated and is next listed for hearing on October 6, 2026; the board also approved the initiation of further steps regarding a pending order from the High Court for the State of Telangana directing the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, to protect the interests of shareholders.</p> |
