<p>Shine Fashions (India) Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations.</p>
