SG Finserve Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 1,50,000 employee stock options under the SG Finserve Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme- 2026, convertible into an equal number of Equity Shares of the company with a face value of Rs 10 each, with an exercise price of Rs 300.00 per option, as informed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on August 01, 2026.
