Raama Finance promoters pledged shares to Mufin Green Finance for a term loan Back
Raama Finance Limited, formerly known as Ramchandra Leasing and Finance Limited, disclosed that Mr. Akhil Mittal and Mrs. Pratika Sharma, both promoters, have created a pledge over 39,06,250 shares each, representing 27.46% and 27.46% respectively of the company's total share capital, on July 31, 2026, to Mufin Green Finance Limited as security for a term loan.
