Aashka Hospitals to gain majority control of three entities through restructuring deal Back

Aashka Hospitals Limited entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Rhythm Medical Stores, Rhythm Multispeciality Hospital, Cardioplus Health Care, and Rhythm Medical & Heart Hospital on August 7, 2026, to restructure the latter three entities into a single company where Aashka Hospitals Limited will hold 70% of the total voting rights and capital, granting it majority control and the right to appoint directors.
