<p>Go Fashion (India) Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and year to date ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s code of conduct.</p>
