<p>Ascensive Educare Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved an alteration to the company’s Memorandum of Association to enable it to provide end-to-end workforce and human resource management services, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The board also approved the company’s Annual Report for the financial year 2025-2026 and scheduled the 14th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2026, at the corporate office in Kolkata.</p>
