<p>Carraro India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, up to 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct.</p>
