<p>Naturo Agrotech India Limited, formerly Naturo Indibull Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the date, time, and venue for its 10th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Prachi Bansal as the scrutinizer for the AGM and recommended the regularization of Mr. Mahendra Soni as an Independent Director and Mr. Deepak Sangat as a director, both for a term of five years.</p>
