<p>Concord Enviro Systems Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
