<p>Empower India Limited will close its trading window for directors, promoters, promoter group, key managerial personnel, designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI regulations, reopening 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.</p>
