<p>BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited appointed Mandar Godbole as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 2, 2026, following the resignation of Mr. Paras Shah. The company also approved the allotment of 29,305 equity shares to eligible employees under the BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited – Employee Stock Option Plan 2014, increasing the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 15,27,49,400 to Rs 15,27,78,705.</p>
