AWFIS Space Solutions has allotted 31,450 equity shares under Employee and Director Stock Options Scheme. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 71,54,04,910 comprising of 7,15,40,491 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
