<p>Technopack Polymers Limited informed the BSE that its Board of Directors met on September 5, 2026, to approve the draft Director's Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider and approve the Notice of the 8th Annual General Meeting, fixing the date for the meeting, venue, and book closure, as well as appointing M/s G R Shah & Associates as Scrutinizer for the meeting.</p>
