Udayshivakumar Infra confirms securities dematerialization acceptance and rejection via MAS Services Back

<p>Udayshivakumar Infra Limited informed the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that MAS Services Limited, its registrar and share transfer agent, has confirmed the acceptance and rejection of securities for dematerialization from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.</p>
