Zaggle completes acquisition of Greenedge Enterprises Back
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has, on 05 December 2025, acquired 100% equity stake in Greenedge Enterprises (GEPL). Consequently, GEPL has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
