<p>ideaForge Technology Limited announced the allotment of 8,826 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each under its Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018, according to a filing on September 22, 2026, with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The allotment increased the company's paid-up capital from Rs 49,70,85,060 comprising of 4,97,08,506 equity shares to Rs 49,71,73,320 comprising of 4,97,17,332 equity shares.</p>
