| EMS Limited announced it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire an additional 14% stake in its subsidiary, Mirzapur Ghazipur STPS Private Limited, for Rs 26.08 lakhs, increasing its ownership to 74% of the total paid-up share capital. The acquisition, expected to be completed within 30-90 days, will be executed on an arm’s length basis, as a director of EMS Limited is also a director of Mirzapur Ghazipur STPS Private Limited, classifying it as a related party transaction. Mirzapur Ghazipur STPS Private Limited, incorporated on March 15, 2021, is engaged in the development and installation of sewage treatment plants and reported a turnover of Rs 7,876.35 lakhs in fiscal year 2023-24, Rs 2,303.76 lakhs in 2024-25, and Rs 2,086.02 lakhs in 2025-26. |
