| <p>Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange that there has been no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through a preferential issue of 2,60,00,000 fully convertible warrants allotted on August 30, 2024. The company has fully utilized the Rs 255.61 crore proceeds, excluding Rs 58.99 crore that became non-receivable from Saral Incorporated VCC Sub Fund 1 after they failed to convert warrants into equity, and has revised the monitoring requirement accordingly. The company sold approximately 10 acres of land in Punjab for Rs 17.50 crore in August 2026, receiving an advance of Rs 1.96 crore which has been transferred to the preferential issue account.</p> |
