<p>Rishi Techtex Limited informed the BSE Limited that trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours from the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulation, 2015.</p>
