Vishal Mega Mart re-appoints Gunender Kapur as CEO for five years, effective September 2026 Back

Vishal Mega Mart Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Gunender Kapur as Founder, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer for a period of five years, commencing September 1, 2026, and ending August 31, 2031, following a board meeting held August 21, 2026. Mr. Kapur was previously appointed Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term beginning June 27, 2024, and his reappointment is subject to shareholder approval.
